Room of Consciousness (Instance)

Introduction

Room of Consciousness is an instance that comes with patch 16.1: Banquet of Heroes. This is a daily instance that you can do after finishing the “Banquet of Heroes” quest story line.

Requirements

• At least level 100
• Finish Banquet of Heroes’ main quest line

How to start the instance

1. There are two ways to go to the Royal Memory map: A. Talk to Chamberlain Bell (/navi prt_cas_q 26/30) and choose ‘Call Nillem.’

Talk to Court Mage Nillem and choose ‘Move to the Past Memories of the Royal Family,’ or…

B. Talk to Overwatcher Terketh (/navi prt_pri00 55/128) and choose ‘To the Past Memories of the Royal Family.

2. Once inside the Royal Memory, talk to Mage Nillem (/navi prt_lib 91/85) and a Dimensional Warper will appear. Talk to it to enter the “Old Memoir of Royal Family” map.

3. Talk to Nillem once again (/navi prt_lib_q 91/85) to reserve the instance. A new NPC called Swaying Space will appear; speak to it to start the instance.

The Instance

1. Talk to Fenrir to start the instance

2. Walk up to the altar and talk to Iris

3. After the NPC dialogue, Skeletons will spawn. You need to kill 2 waves of monsters.

4. After the waves are killed, talk to Iris in the altar again and it will summon a Renovated Amdarais (in-game).

5. After defeating Renovated Amdarais, Talk to Iris again. This time Bijou will fight you with a weaker version of herself.
6. After defeating it, talk to Fenrir, and Bijou will engage you in a battle with her stronger version.

7. You can lure Bijou to Iris and Fenrir’s location, and they will deal damage to them (around 1.5m – 2m)

8. After defeating Bijou, Talk to Iris again to exit and end the instance.

9. Visit the Heines in their room to claim the honor token reward.

IMPORTANT!

After your first run of this instance, the last part of royal banquet questline will continue. Simply follow the instructions provided by the NPCs.

If you want to do the instance again the next day, you will now speak with Friedrich Heine before teleporting to the past memories to do the instance next time.
