Where to buy these new gunslinger/rebellion weapons and ammo?

Adding card slot on weapon
You can visit the NPCs Seiyablem and Leablem to try adding slots to your new weapon. Each attempt costs 1 item, along with some ores and Zeny. However, if the attempt fails, you’ll lose the item, Zeny, and ores used. It’s a gamble, so choose wisely!
