Introduction
Central Laboratory is an instance that allow players to battle random mini-mvp or mvp one after another. The monster that is summoned are random and requires players to prepare for every scenario. In GGH bosses have green aura like their field/dungeon counter parts.
Requirements
Level 140
Party size: 1+ Member
Quest Prerequisite(s): Episode 15.1: Phantasmagorika! – The ROGGH Library. Talk to Ian Atnad again.
Starting the Instance
1. Talk to Civilization Explorer verus01 (149/155) at Verus Lab-OPTATIO to open the instance.
Then Talk to the Dimension-mover next to him to enter.
2. Inside talk to the Probationary Researcher beside the door to continue the quest
3. To unlock the 4th Door you have to enter the access code (See Access Code Puzzle Solution Section). First Talk to Senior Researcher then proceed with the puzzle.
4. Once inside the large room you’ll have to wait until the first monster spawn in the center (See list of Monsters Section)
5. After 3 rounds of mobs, the laboratory will start to self destruct and the instance will end. Proceed to the right side of the map.
Access Code
When you enter the switch room you will need to enter the code for the day converted from decimal value to binary.
The easiest way to do is just pull out your window calculator and change the setting to programmer.
Now proceed to type the decimal value for example:
(Month+Day)*5 = Today’s Code
(1+27)*5 = 140
you get the value 10001100
Enter the code like this 1 means on and 0 means off. After that press the Main siwtch to unlock the door.
If you want to flex your math skills, the other way is to compute it manually.
using the example access code 140 you can compute simply by adding the decimal value of each binary switches
128 | 64 | 32 | 16 • 8 | 4 | 2 | 1 so 140 is 128+8+4 the numbers 128, 8, and, 4 will be on or has a value of 1, while the rest are off or has a value of 0. you will get 1 | 0 | 0 | 0 • 1 | 1 | 0 | 0
Monster List
Monsters that will appear in central labs are random but every phase has a specific pool of MVPs it will spawn, but all those 3 sets will have a chance to just summon a mini-boss. When Dealing with MVPs, you must prepare for all the scenarios like bringing appropriate items against these mobs like for example FCP for bosses with strip.
